You can place your order in a few simple steps -
Step 1: Click the "Add to cart" button on the products you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping bag
Step 2: Register with PERPAA by clicking on the "Sign IN" button on the top right hand corner of the page and clicking on "Create Account" When you sign up for your PERPAA account, you can enter all your details including your address and phone number on to your account page and it will be recorded for future purposes! While this sign-up step is optional, we highly recommend that you do create a PERPAA account. Not only will you be able to rate and review products, and avail members-only coupons/offers, but also you can accumulate Reward Points and obtain discounts on future purchases.
Step 3: You can then click on your shopping bag in the top right corner of the page and use any coupon codes by clicking on "Add Coupon Code" to receive a discount on your order.
Step 4: Either you can "Continue shopping" or click on the "Checkout" button to proceed to the next steps.
Step 5: Provide us with your email address, shipping address and payment details. Finally, click on "place order" to go ahead.
Step 6: Once the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. Also, we will send you an email confirming your order.

No, you do not as you can place an order as a guest, by just providing your email address for correspondence.
However, we highly recommend that you do create a PERPAA account. Not only will you be able to rate and review products, but also you can accumulate Reward Points and obtain discounts on future purchases. After all, shopping more for less is always fun!

The PayU payment gateway is one of the largest consumer payment processors in the world. It is a state-of the-art payment gateway that protects your account details when you shop on PERPAA by encrypting sensitive information like your card number. It is VeriSign Secured
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on PERPAA. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the order confirmation page is exactly what you pay. The final order total would also include the shipping and handling charges as applicable.
If you are still uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery to your doorstep. All you have to do is, select Cash on Delivery as your payment option during checkout.
Kindly Note:
You can only make CoD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept foreign currency or demand drafts.
Due to the limitations of the courier partners we use, CoD is not yet available for all zip codes in India. During the checkout process, you can use our Zip Code Finder to check if the CoD facility is available for your delivery address.
The CoD facility is only available for all orders over Rs.500. The CoD facility is free for all orders above Rs.1000. For any COD orders below Rs.1000, there is a flat Rs.50 CoD fee.
When you click on the "place order" button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any reward points or discount codes.
On this page, you can enter the discount code and the respective discount will be applied to your order
You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.
Note: Only one coupon code can be used on a single order. If you choose to cancel an order after applying a coupon code, it would not be usable for a later purchase. In case of suspected misuse of coupons, PERPAA reserves the right to cancel orders
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.
If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.
We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
A flat Rs.50 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.500, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.500.

Visit the "My Orders" tab in your "My Account" page and you can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.
We at PERPAA are fully dedicated to our customers' satisfaction. Rest assured that PERPAA products are genuine and authentic. We do not accept any grey market products. We only buy our inventory from the brand or authorized distributors of the brand.
We at PERPAA maintain a very high level of quality control and till date, we have received minimal complaints about the quality of our packaging.
Furthermore, less than 0.5% of our products we ship in a year are returned to us as damaged. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we package our products in boxes, which are covered in plastic layers. Each individual product is then packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
We are a retailer and not the manufacturer of the products sold on our website. We guarantee you genuine products by sourcing all items directly from brands and authorized distributors and resellers of the products, but cannot undertake the responsibility for the claims of warranty and benefits made by the manufacturer.
PERPAA offers its customers an 'Easy return policy', wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (wecare@PERPAA.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
Serial Number is tampered
Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer's warranty
Product is used or altered
If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
Free product provided by brand
Categories not eligible for Return:
Customized Products (eg: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand
Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.
